Topeka Literacy Council works with adults who want to learn or improve their reading and writing skills. It is staffed entirely by volunteers. As a member of ProLiteracy (www.proliteracy.org), our motto is "Each One Teach One." One tutor is matched with one student. Tutoring occurs in an individualized, private setting, not a group or classroom setting. There is no charge for tutoring services.
